No's 1&2 Churchton Cottages were originally constructed as a single dwelling 'Single dwelling' It was subdivided during the 1960's or 70's into two very small dwellings. We seek confirmation that the Authority has no objection to us returning it to a single property that is better suited to modern living standards. There will be no external works that are not already permitted under PDR'S such as the replacement of windows. All works would be internal, to remove walls that were erected in order to subdivide the property and some other reconfiguration of rooms for practical reasons. There will no extension to the property and services will all use the existing routes.
